Session Description
The COVID-19 Pandemic upended our professional and social lives, disrupted our routines, and forced us to rethink how we did virtually everything. Educational institutions, students, and faculty had to adjust. What challenges did we face at work and at home and what did we do to cope? Beyond pivoting to accommodate the new reality wrought by the pandemic, what valuable lessons did we learn about ourselves and our students that might be useful to us post-pandemic? Join us as we acknowledge and discuss the compound effects of coping professionally, organizationally, and personally during disruptive and uncertain times.
