Abstract
I will be covering the importance of STEM education and the direct correlation with how we have managed the pandemic. I aim to speak life into those that need motivation and continue to light the fire of those that understand their impact. STEM is the reason why we are still here and the scholars attending this conference are the future frontline workers that will ensure public health is prioritized. I will be speaking to future doctors, scientists, IT professionals, actuary scientists, data analysts, etc. and I fully understand the magnitude of the power possessed by this audience. The STEM scholars attending this conference are the future of the technological world that we have transformed into. Every scholar attending this conference has a vital role in how we will continue to research, heal, and adapt to the new virtual life we are faced with. Together we are mighty and never alone. COVID-19 has caused many losses but there is hope because we have a bright future full of eager scholars that are innovative, motivated, and proactive. STEM is in the spotlight now. STEM is the future of the world. Scientists, IT professionals, Engineers, Mathematicians are essential to our progression. No matter the ethnic background, the cultural differences, the political views, we are all in this together. I am hopeful that the scholars attending this conference have the tools and resources necessary to push through the barriers that COVID-19 has caused and those barriers that many of us faces as minorities. I charge us all to have positive thinking as we set forth on the path to greatness. 2021 is the year of manifestation, I look forward to the transformations and the success ahead of us.
